Azets Wealth Management to acquire Evans Falco
Deal strengthens Azets Wealth Management’s team and specialist expertise, with expansion in the South West
Azets Wealth Management has agreed a deal to acquire Chartered Financial Planners Evans Falco LLP (“Evans Falco”), further strengthening its team and specialist expertise.
Founded in 2010, Evans Falco is a firm of Chartered Financial Planners based in Redruth, with a second office in Newquay. As one of only a small number of firms in Cornwall to hold Chartered status from the Chartered Insurance Institute, the firm has built a strong reputation for delivering technically rigorous advice underpinned by values of honesty, integrity, and client care.
The team specialises in helping individuals and families plan sensibly and tax-efficiently for the future, with expertise spanning financial planning, investment, and retirement advice. Known for its client-first ethos and breadth of solutions, Evans Falco has become a trusted partner for people seeking clarity and confidence in navigating financial decisions.
Led by partners Treve Evans and Rosie Falco – both Chartered Financial Planners with deep roots in Cornwall – the firm has grown steadily over the past 15 years, combining strong technical knowledge with a highly personal, relationship-driven approach. Their client base ranges from high-net-worth individuals requiring complex financial and tax planning, to those seeking guidance on later-life planning and other specialist needs.
As part of Azets Wealth Management, Evans Falco’s clients can expect a continuation of the same quality of advice, reliability and support, as well as wider access to new services and specialisms. The Evans Falco team will relocate into Azets’ regional offices in Plymouth and Truro, ensuring a stronger local presence and closer collaboration with colleagues across the South West.
The deal marks further national expansion for Azets Wealth Management, which operates across the UK from hubs in the North East and Scotland. It follows recent acquisitions of wealth management and chartered accountancy firm Milne Craig in Glasgow and Chartered Financial Planners Laurus Associates in Newcastle.
Treve, Rosie and the Evans Falco team will join Azets Wealth Management, benefitting from new career opportunities and alignment with Azets' people-first culture.

Contracts have been exchanged and the deal is expected to complete by the end of November 2025.
