Adam Deacon

Adam is a Director in the Azets Wealth Management team, leading the growth of Azets Wealth in South Wales. He works mainly with business owners, directors, senior professionals and their families, helping them bring clarity and structure to their personal and business finances.

In addition to pension, investment and protection planning, Adam advises on tax-advantaged planning and investing, business protection, succession planning and long-term wealth management. He helps clients build clear financial plans that reflect their goals, values and wider vision, and ensures those plans evolve with their personal and business objectives. This often involves working closely with clients’ existing accountants and other professional advisers.

Outside work, Adam is a committed glider pilot and club leader. The discipline, planning and decision-making required in aviation have shaped his professional approach: staying calm under pressure, thinking ahead and keeping the bigger picture in focus.
